ETTORE CICCHELERO
(CEO,CFO)
A love for the sea and a strong passion for boats was transferred to Ettore Cicchelero by his father from an early age. Upon completing his degree in economics and finance, Ettore began his business career by managing several companies within a small family office. Over the years Ettore has worked in a range of projects but has always been drawn to spending his free time gaining technical knowledge about yachts. With his international experience, Ettore has developed transversal skills by adopting a rational approach on business development, management of institutional relations and financial structuring a well as capital management. Having reached this point in his life he is now ready to follow his heart and passion in his venture to modernize and further develop the Cantiere Navale Santamargherita brand forward.
FEDERICO BENNEWITZ
(COO,CTO)
Federico is a veteran in the yachting industry, with over 30 years of experience. After completing his Master's degree in aeronautical engineering at the University of Pisa, he worked at RINA before starting to work for Perini Navi as their CTO. Later he worked for San Lorenzo as a COO, followed by Viareggio Superyachts (VSY) where he worked as a Managing Director for 9 years. Subsequently he began to work in different fields diversifying his experience within the Swan sailing Group, Camper & Nicholson Yachting, Scarlino Yacht Service of Nautor, Wally, and Logica in Viareggio. He currently is the manager and founder of CFARPL S.r.l..
LORENZA ENCARI
(MCO,CRO,CCO)
Lorenza Encari was born and raised along the coastline of Liguria, Côte d'Azur and Sardinia. After graduating in Economics, Lorenza worked in the yachting industry dealing with marketing, communication, events as well as customer relations. Her passion for the sea and for the construction of yachts allows her to enjoy working in this fast paced yachting industry. Over time Lorenza has created an important network of relationships as well as gained profound knowledge of the yachting industry making her a valuable member of our team.

ALDO CICHERO
(Naval architect)
Aldo Cichero has designed over 350 boats and has worked with some of the most important Italian and International shipyards in the world. Aldo started designing together with his mentor Baglietto in Varazze (1960) at a very young age and designed yachts that laid the foundation that established the history of the shipyard. In the late 1960s, Aldo then worked with the Arch. Paolo Caliari with whom he developed the design of yacht exteriors and interiors. In the 70s his career took off and he became one of the most important naval architects that influenced the yachting industry over several decades to come.
Aldo is one of the pioneers of Cantiere Navale Santamargherita where for more than 15 years he designed all of the wooden yachts built in their shipyard ranging from 16mt. to 32mt imposing a timeless classical style that has made school for innovation and refinement of design.

Roberto is the the director of RC Design.
ANDREA COSTA
(Naval architect)
Andrea grew up in the pearl of the Tigullio gulf with a great passion for the sea and its impact on the movement of vessels.
Andrea pursued his passion by studying Naval Architecture and wrote a thesis on the history of the Santamargherita shipyard, signed by Arch. Aldo Cichero. From the moment he began his studies, Cantiere Navale Santamargherita never left him, until he became its production manager. Andrea has been a key figure in the history of Cantiere Navale Santamargheritain in the research and structural design of the yachts built in the past and will be an important asset to the future of CNS.
SIMONE PASQUALI

ALFREDO BARBERO
(Naval engineer)
Upon graduating at the San Giorgio Nautical Technical Institute in Genoa, both Alfredo Barbero from 1977-1996 and Simone Pasquali from 1990-1996 became employed as technical draftsman by Cantiere Navale Santamargherita.
In 1997 they decided to launch the professional association "SeA - Barbero and Pasquali Naval Technical Studio" in Santa Margherita Ligure.
DADA NAZ CEBECI
(Interior designer)
Doga Naz Cebeci , born in turkey in 1990 was graduated from Interior architecture and environmental design in Hacettepe University – Turkey. After her graduation she worked as an interior designer in Turkey. She learnt a lot about creating , constructing , manifacturing all type of exclusive furnitures. When she decided to specialize in yacht design she moved to Italy and attended the Yacht Design Master in the Politecnico of Milano.
She collaborated as a yacht interior designer with successfull yacht design studios in Italy. Despite her young age , she has been part of the design process of yachts between 33-54 meters. She is creating exclusive interiors for yachts and aircrafts with her brand 'Fancy by Dada'
